Apprentice of the month to win £30
Optimas has introduced a new incentive scheme, offering one apprentice each month the chance to win £30. The winner will be chosen based outstanding performance over the course of a month, both in their work and their training.
This months' Apprentice of the Month is Melissa Walkden thanks to her overall change in attitude towards her work, for going above and beyond her own job role and often staying behind to get work completed, and also hitting her target and having already half of her target for next month. Well done Melissa!!
